Good job overall in the infield! To improve further, make sure you’re getting a wide base when fielding backhand plays. A wider base will provide more balance and stability, allowing you to field the ball more efficiently and with better control.
By staying low and keeping your feet shoulder-width apart or slightly wider, you’ll be in a stronger position to react and transition into your throw more smoothly. A solid base will also help you maintain good posture and make quicker, more accurate throws.
Keep working on this, and you’ll become even more consistent and reliable on backhand plays. Great work!

Great job with your swing overall! To improve, focus on staying more balanced with your legs throughout the swing. Keeping your weight properly distributed will help you maintain control and generate more power. Try to keep your knees slightly bent and engage your lower body, making sure you’re not leaning or falling off balance during the swing.
Additionally, work on your extension through the middle of the field. By driving your hands toward centerfield and maintaining a strong, extended follow-through, you’ll stay in the hitting zone longer and make more consistent contact. This will help you generate more power and improve your swing mechanics.
Keep working on these adjustments, and you’ll see improvement in your timing, consistency, and power. Keep up the great work!

Great job overall in the outfield! To improve, focus on tucking your glove while running to the ball. This will help you maintain better body control and streamline your movements, allowing you to focus more on tracking the ball.
Additionally, make sure to run through your drop steps. As you drop step to get in position for the catch, ensure you’re not hesitating or stopping—keep your momentum moving toward the ball. Running through the drop step will help you get into better position more quickly, making it easier to track and catch the ball with confidence.
Keep working on these adjustments, and you’ll become even faster and more efficient in the outfield. Great work!
